Dear Madam,

I have ordered 30 packs consist of 30 Hijabs of new modeled Ima Scarf on your Store which I ordered by phone on March 20.

I received the order on March 23 . When I received those packs of Hijabs, there was two packs missing. I only got  packs of 28 packs that I ordered. To know whether there was two pack missing, you can check the amount of Hijabs which left your Store stock.

To resolve that problem, I would like you to send me two pack of modeled Ima Scarf like I ordered before. Or if the pack of modeled Ima Scarf which I ordered had been ordered by somebody else, I hope you give me back the money for the amount charge of the Ima Scarf pack.I have been your costumer for long time, and you know it as well.
